I tried with 2nd display disabled - no difference.

In some games it is - fairly close. The reason for the replacement is I got unbearable microstutter with the 7950.

It's a little better - but still low. I had a 7950 in the rig first, then replaced with this. I did use driver sweeper but you think it might be worth it to do a reformat?
