So I just gutted my P180 and put in a 2500k sandy bridge build...everything went pretty flawless except the top tricool fan is not spinning...I have tried multiple molex connectors and the back one is spinning away and can be controlled through the back low/med/high switch...the other switch...

has anyone done any calibration or w/e? I like the scenery setting but it seems TOO bright in some areas, and then too dark in some games...I am not good with calibrating and fiddling with settings..
