Got my GTX 260 216 Core. Works great, no probs. There's one thing that should be mentioned though when going from 8800s or maybe even 9800s to next gen cards and that is the power connector. My PSU only has 6pin PCI connectors and the GTX280s (and higher) require one of the 2x connectors...

No, can't run vantage because my 8800's are corrupted and I no longer get a video signal in Windows. So rather than reformat, reload, reinstall, I'd just as soon buy a new card. By the way, main purpose is playing games at 1920x1200. (Oblivion, Fallout 3 mainly).

Is it possible to watch blu discs at 1080p with 2x 8800 GTXs and a 24" monitor with native 1080p resolution (but at 60 hz) through the standard DVI cable/connection? I have AnyDVD defeating that annoying HDCP standard, so that's not an issue. I'm more concerned with watching at 1080p.
