    the only things that I dun like about Humus is that he said it will give u 40% increase in performance and done nothing about Image Quality issues. and I dun really think that being an ATi employee should change the code himself in DOOM3 game instead of Carmack himself. Just like FarCry...

    it doesn't matter if the Humus trick works or not for u. It all depends on who want to use them. They have their rights to use them bcoz they choose to and there is nothing wrong with it. If they are happy with the trick why can't they use it? It's all up to users. Right? :D
