I've tried using the usb slots next to the network jack (apparently the preferred way to do it). I've tried using different flash drives of different sizes. So what happens is it says it is reading the BIOS file, and then it says "Complete" and then "Loading USB BIOS Image..." but it is right...

Disk is Fat32. I worked on it some more this morning. I get it to "Reading selected recovery file name"... but then nothing happens after that.
