I think I remember this issue with the nForce 4 boards... if I recall correctly you need to turn your parallel port on in the BIOS (I usually turn that along with the serial ports off as I don't use them) and it will go away. At least it might go away :)
I'm gonna stray from the popular opinion on the Antec P180 (which is my current case by the way). Don't get me wrong it's a good case with good cooling thats priced well. I'm running the stock 2 120 fans + 2 Silverstone 120's and it's quite and cool. However, it's cramped making cable routing...
1. The Nvidia chipset has built in support for RAID (the settings mentioned)
2. Since SATA was introduced there have been solutions (built in and add on's) that support RAID accross SATA and PATA drives

I can't remember the specifics but with A64 chips you need to run 4 sticks of RAM at 2t (command rate). Try chaning this in the BIOS as well as bumping up the voltage to the DRAM (2.8 at least). see what happens.
Just an update to this, someone suggested I turn the parrallel port on in the BIOS (I had turned it and the serial ports off) so I did and after a fresh install I'm not getting any blue screens. Also, on an overclocking note it's running at 2500 (250x10 currently) with the RAM at DDR500. 1.5...
It should at least let you POST I would think and you could flash it from there. However it may support your processor already with the shipping BIOS. It may just not mention it in the manual. Don't forget that you will need to apply patches from AMD and Windows for dual compatibility once...
