I agree about the desktops...if I were apple I would discontinue the mac pro altogether. Such a stupid machine. The laptops are nearly perfect as far as I'm concerned (for my needs anyway) and now with steam coming to mac, they're even better. I really do like OS X though...I used to think...

sigh...I used to hate macs and mac users as much as everyone on these forums, if not more. And yet lately I've come to really appreciate their software/hardware. Yeah, their marketing/pricing sucks, but honestly they're not bad machines. Best of luck with your project.
