Yeah that Avago purchase back in 2016 changed the company a lot, I don't know if I would call them a US company per se but it's likely close enough, apparently not close enough for the Trump administration, but that was then and this is now.
Bah...
I ran an annual LAN party around July 4th holiday every year for the last 20 years until last year - sadly almost everyone has moved away not making it worth the effort now.
It may be a controversial suggestion, but Supreme Commander 2 is a...
I've had to RMA Asus mainboards 3 times over the last 20 years or so. It's NEVER pleasant, and they are always slow and wanting to fight with you, but I have managed to get a working replacement every time I had to. Every brand will sell you a...
People have complained about ASUS' RMA process for many years. One of the caveats I think that is always said on this forum is to hope you never have to RMA your parts when you buy ASUS.

I thought they were Chinese-based, but everything I see says they are American... I thought they were bought up by China back in their 2016 merger but I guess not.
It is followed up with this though...
AMD (and Nvidia) is what happens when you let an engineer run a technology company. Intel is what happens when you let a finance person run a technology company.
No. AMD announced it's biggest marketshare (against Intel primarily) in long time, in fact, I don't think it's been higher. But still, not even half, not even a third of the markets.
Thank you for sharing your expertise mvmiller12
I'll have to post a picture of what i'm working with in the cooling subforum to get specific advice and not clog this one up
I have a Pixel 7 Pro that I got when I went to Mint Mobile. This replaced a Samsung Note 9 I got from AT&T as a free "upgrade" during the mandatory VoLTE switchover since my Microsoft Lumia 950XL would no longer be supported.
My general...
When to change the fluid? Easy: You're due for a cleaning if the color of the fluid starts changing AND/OR you start seeing any kind of debris or gunk in the tubing or reservoir (if you have a reservoir). If you start noticing changes in average...
I really can't answer to this - conductive is conductive. I have no way of determining the "degree of conductivity" of the regular Koolance fluids; if you spill it on your components, it can destroy them.
There is a non-conductive variety of clear Koolance fluid, but this is not it. The non-conductive coolant is less thermally capable and loses its non-conductivity over time due to picking up impurities from the loop as well.
Lol. Did you even watch the video? The 8500 saw an undeniable uplift in performance with driver updates across the board in synthetic benchmarks and any game tested.
But yes doing what they did at launch, where certain executables got a magic...
I still exclusively use Koolance fluids although I now use other brand blocks and radiators. I was All Koolance, All The Time for a good long while.
My old Koolance CPU-380 blocks have been retrofitted to work on AMD AM4 boards and are still...
