I had this same debate. I went with the 3770K b/c I will be doing a lot of 3D modeling. It seems like, unless you're doing hardcore photo editing, video editing, or 3D modeling, the 3570K is completely fine.

Do you still have the 3770k? I am pretty sure I successfully sent you a PM, but I'm not 100% on whether or not it went through.
