Blues with o-rings aren't so horrible. Browns are the best middle ground though in my opinion.

Egami, I wouldn't bother. They aren't going to just send you free parts because someone cut parts out of the unit. Nothing is defective in this case, rather something has been physically removed on purpose.

Is there any really negative effects on cooling by not bringing in cool air to your case, by mounting a 240 rad in the front? Don't you want cold air to intake to the rest of your case, and not warm air?

Unfortunately our buddies Fractal were not at CES this year. They really don't have anything to show to warrant being there. Even if they had five new/new-ish products to show, would be worth the cost of going? They get far more coverage from online reviews/sneak peaks :)

These two companies should just merge at this point, it's getting silly.
