I tried the NeoHE 550 with the ASUS K8N4-E rev 1.02 motherboard and it works fine. Thank goodness.

Well, I reflashed the BIOS with the same version and that did the trick.

BTW, the reason I posted this in the motherboard forum is because I have ruled out the power supply and Windows as the culprit. I suspect the mobo is the culprit, but I don't know why.

I RMAd the Mobo. I like the power supply too much. Sleeved modular cables, straight through fan design, decent efficiency. I am hoping that the A8N32-SLI won't have the same issues. Anybody confirm if this is also affecting the A8N-E?

Any updates? My A8N-SLI is already on it's way unfortunately. EDIT: Forget this, I am RMAing the A8N-SLI and getting an A8N32-SLI. Hopefully it won't have the same problem.
