Has anyone found a similar monitor that's not curved?
Or whether or not it's weird to use a curved monitor next to a flat one
I have a 27" 1440p TN with gsync, and I'm looking for a monitor to complement it, I'm looking for 27" 1440p VA or IPs, and at least 72 hz so it can smoothly display...

So there has to be some problem using these disks in a zpool, one has 1.75k checksum errors and one has 1.53k.
I just got 2x NESN when they were $140. Long story short, one drive already threw 321 ZFS CKSUM errors, should I return it?
I ran HDSentinel write then read surface test, came back...
Oh shoot I completely missed that detail. Yeah, I have a feeling most routers are not going to perform well for 4k streaming here.
Also I forget that streaming stability has a lot to do with clients. A good client with a big enough buffer can handle a crappy stream like that hosted by a router.
Uhhh if we are talking hard disk through put and raw network throughput, those are easily and order of magnitude higher than what is needed for 4k video. Wifi is a completely different story. Theoretically something as old as 802.11n is fast enough, but you really need high quality gear, because...
MKV and MP4 are strictly container formats. You can have .mkv and .mp4 files that have the exact same video and audio. Asking if you want to switch between the two is like saying, should I wrap my sandwich in a ziplock or foil? Either way it's the same sandwich.
If you're using plex on a device...

None worked.
Then I brought my source (gtx 1070) to best buy and tried all twelve cables on two different displays.
None worked.
Also tried six different cables...
Actually, I remembered it completely wrong. The monitor went up to 4k 60hz but almost every HDMI cable over 7ft that I tried did not work past 30hz. I ended up buying an HDMI over fiber optic cable that was way too expensive to get the distance I wanted (50ft).
After I tested it I returned the...
Isn't the highest HDMI spec rated for 18gbps 4k 120hz full color/hdr?
I understand there's a lot technically wrong with that sentence, like what exactly is meant by HDMI spec or lack thereof, but I did successfully test 4k 120hz over HDMI to a Samsung monitor, I have no idea what it was doing...
