Can't wait for this to come to PC. Played Remake on PS4 but haven't tried Intergrade yet since no PS5 and it's like $50 on PC. But Rebirth looks like everything fans wanted actually coming true. By the trailer and gameplay so far, I'm shocked.

Looks like it was a bent pin in the socket. I completely forgot Intel had socket pins and not chip pins. Both sticks of Ram register now! Sadly I only have 2GB DDR3 at home. But gotta change the CPU back to the i5 from the Pentium I shoved in there to test. Lets see if the socket stays alive...

Hmm didn't think of that. Let me see if I can see inside the socket and if anything looks bent.

No worries! Thanks for checking. Unfortunately my 1150 board with 2 slots now only has one functional. So might pop in an 8GB or junk it and get a new board, but seems kind of pointless to pay $50 or whatever on ebay for an 1150 board.

Fair point. But regardless I agree with you, if I didn't get the deal I did, I wouldn't jump on the fighter for $350 as the other alternatives are both better built cards (cooling) and better looking.

Cooler is fine, especially if you undervolt. I have the fighter, and I'm hitting mid 60s under full load, mid/upper 70s junc temps with max fan at 50%. Some coil whine but setting max FPS fixes alot of that. However, at $350 I agree with you. I luckily got a great deal on an open box on mine.

Now it's $217 from another seller. I would be all over this if I don't get a 6700XT recently.

The original was from Beach Audio. $245 is a different seller. $223 is an awesome price for whoever was looking; but looks like it wasn't eligible for Starfield.
