Is anyone using a dual-screen setup and Ultramon?
Upgrading to 6.6 resulted in the secondary screen being shut off when my computer boots up into windows. Only fix is to go into Windows Screen Properties, uncheck "extend desktop to this monitor", recheck it, and then click apply. 6.2 had no...
This is sweet... if only I didn't spluge on the ninja... but hmm... i need something to during the summer :D
Is the eheim hooked up to your PSU? or is it being powered by a wall plug?
Don't worry. I'm not going to RMA it.
My CPU IMO is a POS, and that is my opinion. The new LDBHE have been able to hit 2.6 pretty easily, and compared to those, my chip is significantly worse.
I'm not ranting that I can't OC my chip. When I make a thread going "WHY CAN"T I OVERCLOCK PAST...
Crap.... does this mean my proc sucks for OCing?
TcaseMax = 61C
TDP = 59.4W
It actually is true... running at 2.4GHz at 1.35, but I needed to bump it to 1.45v to hit 2.5GHz stable. Haven't even been able to hit 2.6 with this POS.
2.70GHz... thats insane. I haven't even attempted 2.6GHz yet because I know I'll have to break 1.45v to get it.
And i also agree. The Scythe Ninja is awesome.
I would do this, but it seems like no one sells an ATI X800/X850 series Arctic Silencer cooler around here on College Street in Toronto. They all have the Zalman though, and it is about 10 bucks cheaper too.
It is possible to do this with the Scythe Ninja and the P180 case, but fanless...
Go click on configure, advanced, select the right chip, and then change the PWM 1,2,3 modes to software controlled. Don't forget to check "remember it"
I took the rear exhaust fan out, and replaced it with the big tricool that sits at the bottom. So basically the only case fans I have running is the top intake, and the big rear exhaust. Top intake running at Low, Rear running at Medium.
Temps for CPU are 34/46 using stock cooler. PWM at...
You bought the newer X800GTO2 with the blue pcb, no external pci-e power connector, and r430 chip. There is nothing you can do but get a new card. You want one with the red pcb.
I don't understand why people are adding so many fans.
I thought this case was meant to be a case for silent enthusiasts. Adding so many fans would defeat the purpose of the case.
I'm currently just using the 2 120mm fans, all set on low, and I even removed the bottom one because it was...
