I got one of these, the Topsync 27, the other day after seeing this post. Mine looks brand new. Not a mark on it. However it DID have a screw rolling around inside. Took the front bezel off and removed the screw, put it back together and all is well. I love my new screen.

Yah what he said above. 450w is a MINIMUM. Your psu is not going to pump out enough to keep that rig stable. Probably the reason you have lost 3 cards.
