well I'm just wondering if something is hardcoded for the multiplier (ie 10x) even though I'm running it at 8x.
because obviously, 10x400 = 4000Mhz, although cpuID reports 3200Mhz which is correct. Even windows says its running 4000mhz lol. It's just funny.
