    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

I got one about two says ago. Date on the back is March 2005, but its assembled in the UK, so you US people wont probably get those? Anyway, no backlight issues whatsoever, exellent colors, no ghosting (even in Q3 and other fast games). Just one dead pixel, RIP, but its in the upper left...

    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

I'm going to buy one little 2005fpw tomorrow, and was just wondering how much does that purple hue thing bother you? How much do you notice it while browsing the web, i.e. dark sites like the [H]? Editing photos? Or do only black/really dark pixels turn purple? And does the 20" Apple display...

    Refresh Rate on Samsung 710N?

I thought it was DVI = 60Hz and VGA = 75Hz. Since the 710N is VGA only, 75Hz.. and i dont suggest using vsync.. pointless.. but anyway :p

The Official DOOM 3 [H]ardware Guide thread.

Nice article! So, 1024x768 at Medium Quality is guaranteed with a 2800+, 1 gig of RAM and a 5900XT? I wonder how it'll run on High, because I don't think i could play it at anything less. Also, dosent FarCry's engine have the Heat Haze effect?

What was your first video card?

Some 2MB S3 thing I guess. Actually, one thing I do remember.. I bought an extra 1MB for it, so it was a 1MB unit actually. If I only could add 128MB to my 5900XT :) The first _real_ vid card i had was the original TNT.
