It should be noted that this is a DRIVER issue, not a hardware one. I had to boot under windows temporarly to try out Visual Studio 2005, and I couldn't believe the extreme latency of the mouse. Under linux, this problem does not exist at all. I'll see if I can dig up a dvi -> dsub connector...
