That's actually part of the Council of Europe. Though the UK is part of the EU as well.
We have the same ratings on games in New Zealand as movies. I think it works a lot better (plus you get the big red R-18 sticker on the box so it's bloody obvious).
Though it is illegal for a shop to sell restricted games to a minor here, parents can still make a judgement call and buy them...
Shouldn't he stick the Texture Filter Quality to High Quality not High Performance?
Personally I use the ingame settings if they are available, and override them (or enhance them) on a per game basis.
My partner thinks I should be impressed when she spends $150 on underwear because if it wasn't on sale it would of cost $300....... so it's all fair ;)
