Just noticed that this was released last week, Apr 10.
Anyone playing it? Thoughts so far?
I went into the game options and it doesn't support 2560x1440 resolution. Max resolution support is 1920x1080. A bit of a disappointment.
I like the mini map better in BF3. It's much simpler and doesn't have the overlay and transparency effects like the one in BF4. I also find myself having a hard time adjusting to the scale of the map. I see an enemy on the mini map and they look really close to me, but once I see them in my...
Hmm, thanks for the information. It feels glitchy though when the movement occurs... like I am lagging due to a bad connection. I guess I gotta get used to it.
Man, the player collision detection was already bad in BF3 and now it's worse in BF4. Always keep on getting pushed out of cover when squad mates choose to spawn near me. Played 9 matches and only won 2, not a fun start so far.

I installed an ASUS G210 video card I had...
Playing at 2560x1440, the graphics look better in BF3 (sharper textures and text was sized nice and small so it looked nice). The text is so enlarged and textures are blurry in the beta... doesn't look 2560x1440 friendly. Hope the graphics are better in the final version.
For those who plan to not play around with voltage, can you please post your successful clocks?
So far I am on +100 for core and +150 for memory. Seems OK so far.
What type of games will the 780 excel in?
I've been reading numerous 770 reviews that also include 780 in the graph and it's really hard to justify paying an extra $250 for 5-10 fps more at 2560x1440 in the following games:
Far Cry 3
Battlefield 3
Bioshock Infinite
Crysis 3
Tomb Raider
Metro...
