The men are terrified. I'm not inclined to blame them, after what we've witnessed tonight. We had no chance to stop them from taking the Capitol Building. Secondary casualties include approximately 20 hills in the surrounding area. I have enough machines at my command to protect a few of the hills that remain, though there seems little reason to offer resistance any longer. What in God's name are we going to do?
