Man did I luck out. I found some identical paint. Its tremclad flat black fine textured. Its a perfect match. I decided to paint my rad grill that color too. Now the rad grill looks identical to the rest of the case. Should have pics by Friday. Still waiting on a custom bottom.

Oh question, how did you cut the ramsinks? I tried to grind them down with a dremel and the fins bent. then I tried to cut them with wirecutters and that worked but it looked horrible.

Nice setup. Me and you should have a 3Dmark-OFF. I will be using a opteron 165 @ 3Ghz and pretty much the same watercooling setup in a TJ07 with 4 109cfm fans. videoRAM will be cooled with BFG copper ramsinks. Right now I am at 9000 3d06marks with 2.35Ghz on processor and no overclock on videocard.

Does it really need to cover the whole IHS? I mean the core itself is probably only 1/4 of the IHS. As long as it is centered properly there shouldn't be an issue.

Agreed, I bet it happened when you put the side panel back on? Or maybe the heatsink is not fastened properly? Just double check the hold downs and make sure you have good airflow through the case.
