Don't get all butt-hurt over one person's frustrated attitude towards your employer. For ever guy who vents like he did there are hundreds that suffer in silence, bite the pillow and just take the bullshit Sprint inflicts on them.
Gee, billing customers for stuff they are supposed to get for free, then taking months to correct the issue only to compound it by introducing yet another billing error in the process somehow effects customer retention.

Played WOW for 2.5 years, I'm over it.
I would have probably been all over a laptop like this a couple years ago when I was playing WOW 40+ hours a week.
I think I've save the $3500 dollars and just put-up with manually tuning my Charvel model 6 like I have been for the last 20 years.
Cool tech yes, but hardly within the budget of the novice.
