I'm using memtest86+ and after about 10 passes, I'm getting test #1 and test #7 errors. What do this errors mean? I've been to the OCZ official forums first thinking it was my memory, but they seem to be suggesting that it is more in line with the CPU. Also, I'm starting to believe them...

Ok, I found the problem and I can reproduce it consistently now. The problem is when the computer goes to sleep after a set amount of time. Vista does some odd things when making the computer go to sleep. Like underclocking my processor and stopping the CPU fan. Luckily, it spins back up...
