Thank you for your reply. I am just looking into backup of the VM's / data as we speak. I am currently utilizing a trial of Altaro Hyper-V backup. So I will let you know how I get on.
I am also playing with VMware ESXi as we speak. Why would you chose to use vmware over hyperv?

Indeed - No Hence why we need to use the bridge. The cabinet does not have FTTC services over at site B. The other issue is of course this a multi tenant site. We are going to need to provide individual VLANs to 16 offices.
