Bdie pretty much means you can use it with amd systems and use ryzen calculator to dial in the #s. Even though it says 3200 cl14 you can run these more like 3600mhz cl14 with tighter timings using the ryzen calculator and all the way up to like 4000mhz with looser timings but the docp profile...
