Sorry to bump this thread, but I didn't want to create a new one. I finished setting up the DS3 (rev 3.3, F10 bios) yesterday, and I too am unable to find the "Xpress BIOS Rescue" utility. The CD that came with the board is bootable and boots to XpressRecovery2, which is a HDD backup tool...
