Your only option is to play WoW in windowed mode at the highest resolution available. So set it @ 1680x1050, and tell it you want it windowed...it will be almost full screen.
In a single fan setup, there is no problem at all. In a Push/Pull setup, you will need to place the cooler so the fans are blowing toword the back of the case...this causes some fit issues with the VREG heatsink. The fan closest to the VREG heatsink will need to be "slid" down once it is...
Just as an FYI...using any of the 10.5" cards in that case will render the top hard drive cage useless. To most this is not a concern, as the bottom drive bay is easily used, and a fan installed in place of the top one.
I just want to stress that my numbers were using inadequate cooling, and everything should improve with this new HSF. I also want to stress that it seems the c0/c1 stepping is posting slightly higher clocks than the c0.
From the limited amount of data we have on various overclocks, it seems...
I think Kyle's point here is that there is no reason to go back and test with the new BIOS. They didn't dock it major points for not being able to get higher than 190bclck. Just saying it wouldn't post at anything higher, period. New bios out that helps some people get higher OC? Great...but...
I just finished building a new i7 system with GTX260s in a P182. The cards (3) fit with the top hdd cage removed (or just remove the hdd brackets from the cage as it is the tabs that protrude that are the problem), but airflow is a huge issue with more than one card. There is a single 120mm...
I just put together a new rig using this board, and I have to say I am quite impressed with it. It has been rock stable, and a good overclocker. The only thing that made me want to break it in half is the stupid placement of the 8pin cpu power connector.
Just had a quick question...
Just picked up a 2gb kit of some G.Skill HZ DDR 500.
My plan is to OC my prescott to 3.8 (Stock 3.0 for those that don't read the title :p)
Currently I am running it @ 3.4 with some cheap value memory.
Idle temps are 44c, under heavy load 54c.
Just...
Exactly! Just recently got the camera, and havn't had much time to take many pictures. The weather around here has been really crappy.
Hoping to get some nice shots this weekend, weather permitting.
