I would say iOS 11 is an improvement in performance across the board on my iPhone 6s. I was beginning to experience quite a few slowdowns before upgrading.
I just ordered a brand new crucial BX200 480gb for $99 about three weeks ago... would say the ~500gb deals for new are worth waiting for. Out of the 15 SSDs I've ordered (sandisk, samsung, crucial, intel), I've had 5 fail within a year. The warranty matters.
I would check out the 3" or 5" options from monoprice.

Optical in requires digital to analog processing, and likely decoding of surround codecs. In the world of encoded digital audio, optical is now legacy under HDMI. Your PS4 will send significantly more audio data over HDMI.
Many brands, such as Onkyo, sell surround sound/home theater kits...
Sweet! Thanks guys. I guess it was many years ago that Brother was not mac-friendly. Looks like the 2340DW is the successor to the 2270, $137 with high yield toner on Amazon. Will jump on it.
Like the title says, looking for a solid B/W laser printer that communicates properly with a Mac. I have no personal experience with any and am hoping for the positive experiences of others! Thanks.
Hey all,
I upgraded a mid-2011 iMac with the aforementioned SSD. I checked out some stats using Activity Monitor and Blackmagic Disk Speed Test. Of course, when initiating tests/data transfers, the read/write speeds knick the maximum throughput of SATA III, settling at ~450MB/sec with write...
Probably doesn't register if you select Amazon's "gift" option, and/or you're still going to have to put in your password initially or sign in with a different account. It's probably not that retarded.
Bought 2 cus why not
I'm having a very hard time seeing the point in buying these over the old ones, save graphics. PCI-E storage is only available CTO on the highest model. The baseline is about 18% slower in terms of processing power(?) according to geekbench scores. From what I can tell, with SSDs in both, a 2012...
Hey all, I recently tried to buy a new bulb for my older Toshiba DLP from advancedlamps.com, but it's been on back order for way too long. Does anyone have any retailers that they have had positive experience with?
"Studio" monitors with a sub out (or a sub with monitor outs) will have a fixed crossover based off of the manufacturer's opinion. If you're having trouble integrating subs with your room, you should start looking at treating your room instead of saving up for the most expensive one you can buy...
I was referring to the tech inside, and was saying no to the drive slowing down over time. More importantly, I was suggesting that the sooner you let go of your 3G, the happier you will be ;)
No. The 3G is 3 years old, and time has proven its age. Mine really hit the end of the line a few months before the 4 launched (which I replaced it with). The 3GS is MUCH more competent.
