I think I missed a crucial word BACK It should have read "I would be utterly depressed if I had to go BACK to res less than 1920 x 1200". Once you play HL2 in 1920 x 1200 on a 24" Widescreen, pushing dual 6800 Ultra's in SLI you can't even look at a Playstation / X box without squinting...

I have sky multirooms in my room so have a digi-box. I have a cable that has Scart to S-VHS. I cannot get my monitor to display using this cable, although I have got it working through composite. Am I doing something wrong!!

You would be better off buying the 2405 as it has connectivity for TV and has the higher resolutions you require of 1920 x 1200 Get a 2405FPW not a 26" TV

With those darker shots, right mouse click and save as, then change your desktop wallpaper to black and mount them as your wallpaper but do not stretch ..use center Then you will not have the whiteness of the imageshack website blurring the image!! give it a try!!

Unfortunately I think I reduced them too much, I will get them back to there original size and post tomorrow, (as its very late here in the UK at the moment) Let me tell you.. There is not backlight leakage issue with this monitor, NONE WHATSOEVER!!! What you see is what I see...

That Card will probably be fine, I have run games in 1600 x 1200 and higher on a GeForce 4 TI4600 and they have run pretty smoothly. If you are going to get a card and your system is AGP then I would go for the 6800GT as it will be perfect for all your computing requirements. If you want...
