Just got it. I have only played about an hour but I think it is great so far. My opinion is probably biased because aside from playing Xenosaga II and Paper Mario all I do is play FEAR mp.
I can only assume the logical fix is to check out the air cooling guide that is stickied in the forum and grab yourself one that fits. Also improve case airflow by adding any fans if possible, sometimes cases only come with one fan but have spots for more.
Thirded, your cpu lacks the power needed to process all that info. Luckily the opty 165 is a bad ass overclocker. You should be able to run your fsb/htt to 250 at a 1:1 ratio with that ram
