I don't think you could have picked a worse example for not using a keyboard. Dirt 3 controls are fubar. i'm not sure what they have done specifically but the controls in that game feel delayed when using the keyboard. with my wheel it playes ok but you still get a detached feeling. not sure...
personally, i wouldn't push for anything from security. its his job to make sure you don't disrupt business and make sure your not going to assault the manager for being an ass. for all he knows, you were wrong, but he doesn't have anything to go on except your word, and the managers word.
could try posting them at my site. to the best of my knowledge they won't be resized.

if you could post some new pics we may be able to tell a difference. as it is im not seeing anything significant. altho i am not the most clear sighted person in the...
my e4300 is pretty cool in terms of temp but performance is pretty bad. of course I'm sure it would run better if it wasn't sitting on my pile of spare parts in the box :) one of these days ill have to use it.
wouldn't the red light signify not enough power? i know my nvidia card has a high pitched squeel when the 6 pin power is not connected. perhaps the light is saying that your not getting enough power to the card, or it is fluxing outside normal operation parameters.
there is such a thing. i have one its called USB IRBlaster and will change the channel of a cable box to the correct channel. its even coded for in sagetv and im sure several other programs as well.

few things strike me in that screenshot.
1.) CPu is clocked 2GHz over stock
2.) Video card is clocked well over stock
3.) video card temp is -39c?
4.) res 1024x768
5.) no AA
6.) 3dmark 05?
seems a bit outside the average test range.
because you have to clean the water system every now and then and that could mean extended downtime. you also have the problem of possible leaks that could cause hardware damage. it can also make it a pain to handle the system. some servers require the ability to be moved and this can be an...
Yellow Dog Linux distro was not created for the PS3. it is actually something that has been around for awhile now and the original YUM(Yellow Dog Updater Modified) package was created for Yellow Dog. it has since been ported to redhat and fedora, and is currently the standard package update tool...
im really not to sure about the "you will need a new PSU" comments. i know that Nvidia always lists atleast 400w PSU for their high end cards but im really not sure thats the issue. currently im running my 7900GTX on a 300w PSU without issues. fairly sure its more of an issue of consistant power...
looks pretty good. would be better to have a direct video instead of a cam, but its not bad looking.
i also decided to setup a torrent at my site for those who are interested.

seems to suggest a price increase. pretty decent one too. i guess this explains why work stopped getting the 3800s and got a crap load of 4200s.
thanx for the updated version. will play around with it more tonight. ive added it to my site, here is the link :)

is it just me or does that board only have 2 x16 PCI-E slots and one is the yellow one claimed to be for physics? wouldnt that just mean its a normal SLi board?
EDIT: i see now, third one is crap brown and didnt see it right away.
starting to think my webserver is broken. going to look into why file keep downloading corrupted.
EDIT: i recompiled apache and seems to be fine now. i added the link back, feel free to test it.

you can grab it from that link if your having troubles. hope they dont mind me putting it up on my site.
yeh not sure how to help with those errors. i was able to play around with it on my 7900. was fairly speedy too. will give it a shot at work to see how the system there does.
EDIT: i think the graphics are slightly too hard on the 7800GS at work. will have to stick to my 7900 at home.
if your having trouble getting this to run, install the physx drivers. even without a ppu you can then play it fine. didnt have a single issue with fps here. kinda fun to mess about with.
i dont see why i need one yet but thats a given since not much is out there for them yet. if i did finally decide i wanted a ppu, i wouldn't spend more than $75 on one. something tells me even once the ppu is fully used in games, im not going to give a crap about what the developers have decided...
ive been to a place like this and seemed like athey had done something sort of genious to keep it worthwhile for them. it was built in a home....lol
basically it was a home on one side and then the other was the gaming area. they had something like 20 game stations and about 30 different...
i would have to say im thinking changing the name wouldnt effect my purchase anytime soon. i could care less if its AMD, ATi, jhsdfjhshfsduifyrheoukjberkj, or some other nonsense. if it runs nice, doesnt cost more than im willing to spend then i would consider it. anyone who would stop buying...
ordered my second AM2 today. might take pics this time, but really do i need to? tis another Sempron 3000+ with same mobo as before. these things make nice servers on the cheap.
i recently got a new AM2 system. of course i have no pics, but thats only because its a server. had all the parts shipped to work and as soon as i got them they were tossed together and thrown on the shelf. im now running my webserver on the Sempron 3000+(AM2). runs very nicely and ive not had...
i dont understand how their review was bad. they did show that intel has made some great steps in the gaming department and was able to tie, or beat FX-62(at one point they had to lower something for the FX but not conroe from what i could tell). they showed that intel or AMD your games are...
well according to their post they had SLi 7900GT. i have no idea what kind of power that is as far as high res, but it does stand to reason that at a higher res, you put more stress on the video card than the cpu. i would really think more people would want to look into this more because thats...
wasnt meaning to be discouraging, just that there are more obvious things to learn about before asking for core comparisons if thats a question you need to ask...
as a means of contributing to this conversation, id like to say if your buying a new rig from the ground up you want to go...
if you dont know what DDR2 is then you really shouldnt be asking questions about cores, since you have other things that you obviously should learn about first.
socket 940 is going to be server boards. if you shop newegg you should find a few different boards in the server section of their mobos. i wouldnt reccomend them tho for the average user.
i liked this post but i think you went about it wrong. what you would compare it to would be if a car maker went from making a car with an I4 and then a year or 2 later made the car with V8, or gave the option of v8 from factory. this would seem more comparable to the situation.
should be 2 265 opterons as the 165 are not dual cpu capable and im not entirely sure you can find any in skt 940 currently.
quad 940 board and opteron 8xx cpus are going to run you a hell of alot more than 4x4 will. even doing dual opteron is going to be a bit pricey for someone whos...
the 1xxx opterons will be AM2 according to the links, with the 2xxx and 8xxx being socket F. much like the 1xx opterons were 939 and the 2xx and 8xx were socket 940.
from my understanding it has to do with company worth. far as i know ATi would be alot easier to buy out compared to Nvidia, yet it would be fairly easy to pick them back up and make the company itself worth more to have. i might have mis-read something tho as i dont really spend much time...
just thought i would bring this up. decided to check the games i have installed to see how many threads they use and here is what i found.
WoW - 22 Threads
Track Mania Nations - 15 Threads
RoN:RoL - 9 Threads
Live For Speed - 7 Threads
seems to say to me games are...
this is great. i can finally do some tweaking to the 7800GS at work so one of the programs we use works properly. very bad program that uses opengl to render a display, but it doesnt work on nvidia cards unless i set opengl vesion string to 1.0. works fine on the old ati card we had but its was...
do like your doing now with the wire to complete the circuit but you also need to find a way to use a heatsink. there are thermal adhesives that you can use to secure the heatsink in place and hav it be functional. this seems like one of the better options you have.
