Mine has the same backlight bleed. Same area too. I'd return it too, but like you said, I'd probably have some issue like stuck pixels(mine has 0) haha. So I wonder if everyone else has the same area for backlight bleed as well?

Well, Best Buy had a little 7 incher or so that was like $2,500, but that was a pretty old SKU. The thing was gorgeous though. I read that the biggest OLED they've made so far is a 30"+, but I don't even want to think about how much that thing would cost. In due time I guess. :\

I think I might just splurge and buy this out on a whim. I just use my computer for web browsing/games, and the way you all sound, it seems pretty good. :P

You'd have to compare the spec sheets side by side. Maybe one has more inputs than the other or whatever, but I think the aspect ratio of the VK is 16:10 instead of 16:9.

Yeah, I've been trying to find it. :[ lol

I'm using the Sharp 32GP1U HDTV as a monitor, and the only thing I don't like about it is how red/blue text appears on dark backgrounds. That's pretty much it. I can't say how text looks on other HDTVs though.

Can anyone else confirm this? Maybe any owners here with a 32GP3U? The text thing is a big deal for me. Here's a macro shot of what red text on this forum looks like. You can see how the red is fuzzy or saturated or whatever. I read the other thread about the 32GP3U's text being better...
