Thanks. I bought it off someone else as a bare CPU and don't know if it was OEM or retail. I do know the the heat shield was far from flat which is why I lapped it. It will do 3.7 which is a little more then I was shooting for. Never got it stable past that but maybe someone with some more...

Lowered the price. It's a great CPU but I found a deal on a Q6700 I couldn't pass up so it needs to go. You know you want it:)
