sounds like electronic interference. a few ways to fix this.
1) if you are using a sound card, try switching to the onboard audio of your motherboard.
2) if you are using onboard audio, try installing a sound card.
3) get a USB microphone/headset

FYI just because you are using a piece of hardware does not mean you are using hardware RAID. This card is still using software RAID, which is fine because most affordable RAID cards do.
Also it says it supports Windows Server 2012, however a lot of the newegg reviews say it does not work as a...

bottom line: you may as well get a low end nVidia card to run concurrently with your AMD setup and delegate it to process the physx. this is what i did with borderlands 2, i had a crossfire 6950 setup with an nvidia GT430 as physx card.

these rampage boards support the v1's, depending on how old the board is, you'd want to have him update the bios first, but i have a Rampage IV Gene (same board specs just mATX) and am running an e5-2670v1 in it right now. the asus site even lists the v2's for my board are supported but not the...

swapping sd cards is as easy as copying data from current sd card to your computer, then copying those files to new sd card and popping that sd card to the 3ds.
as far as the original question, if you never tied that 3ds to an account, the game can travel with the 3ds, but if you put an NNID...
