someone at overclock.net e-mailed newegg and newegg replied saying there's only 1 processor inside.
May I remind you also that the performance is not necessarily better than the qx6800.
You would also need a mobo that's around $400 bucks.
Lastly, you need the double the amount the ram...
in a month or 2, not sure how long, but intel is planning to drop all the conroe's prices. They are going to drop the e6600 to e6400's price. The e6700 will drop to e6600's price.
They might have meant that the tv can accept 1080p signal. One way or another this is very shady if that's what they were doing.
ps. if you do plan on keeping a dlp for awhile, check the price on the bulbs. The average replacement time is 2-3 years for each bulb.
uh....is this the ram everyone is being switched to?

kudos to corsair to at least pay attention to their customers, most companies will just ignore issues such at this

n/m, I found on another board where a guy has the inifinty with e6700 on that mobo.
not sure if he ever built it though.
Hey guys
I need suggestions for a black fan controller. 5.25" one to go into the armor case I just bought. I prefer one with a little screen, but if it doesn't have one, it's not a deal breaker.
thnx in advance
19 hours? Hope they pay you hella well.
I'm working 4:30 - sometime in the afternoon. I just bought a audigy2 zs platinum for 65.95 after rebate, and a 250gb seagate hdd for 76.20. this morning bought the 7600gt for 106.49 after rebate. all these things would've been cheaper if it weren't...
when I get the 2nd stick of 1gb, would I have to put my cpu back to stock and re-overclock everything? How big of a difference is it between these rams?

I am building a new rig and am *probably* going to get the p5b deluxe wifi. I have an e6300 already. Plan to overclock to 2.8ghz or 3ghz, don't need more than that.
Ram unfortunately is gonna cost me an arm and a leg. I have 3 choices
1. 1 gb gskill hz for $150 then get the 2nd gb in 6...
received my package last night. intel gave me a scare with all the paper they stuffed in the box to avoid things moving around. I thought I received an empty box, lol.
crucial took it off of their own site as well. I guess it was a real special limited edition ram. I was so close to buying it, now I gotta start over again.
http://hwrebuild.com/catalog/index.php
http://www.resellerratings.com/seller9361.html their rating at resellerrating, only 16 reviews though. Found the site via fatwallet, some people ordered some conroes from them. The selection on their site ain't the greatest. I myself am considering...
My friend tried pricematching there and they said the item has to be in an ad and it has to be on special.........
At BB, they don't require all that crap, pricematch is pricematch....
now I'm debating between ds3, s3, p5b-e, p5b-deluxe wifi, lol. So a 7600gt will run most of the games out there at max? My last computer could barely run most games out there lowest settings or not. I do plan on overclocking to 2.8 or 3.0 if that matters. Monitor-wise, I am hoping to make an...
the gskill hz 2gb is $300, the 10th anniversary is 230.
the price for the p5bdeluxe-wifi is about 30 more than the p5b-e.
I am looking into a new monitor a year or 2 down the line. Hopefully a 19" widescreen. Maybe I should just get a 7600gt???
the x1950 pro is the first of the ati card that will be like sli which only needs a bridge. There will be no master and slave. Yea I've heard that dual videocard setups work better on a 975 chip. Also does it matter that my monitor is only 1024 x 768?
I've ordered an allendale e6300. I already have , a big typhoon, and a 55w power supply. In a couple weeks, I'm going to order the crucial 10th anniversary ram.
now my question is this. I was thinking of getting the p5b-deluxe because I heard it has extra features that will make it easier...
there's also a playstation retail undergorund or whatever it is called. also cyberscholar.
for best buy employees, there is also a logitech accomodation: 50% off on all their products
ati: 40% off retail for all videocards (has to be accessed at work)
they need to drop the msrp on that thing...it cost more than a 27-32 lcd tv. Plus if it drops in price, all the other videocards drop in price also :D
ps. is it me or are the top end videocards getting more and more expensive
Then go with the gigabyte's ds3 or asus p5b-e. each are around $150 or so, if you want less, you can get the s3 instead of the ds3, it's suppose to have a shorter life than the ds3 by 2-3 years.
What games do you plan on playing and what resolution is your monitor?
for overclocking, consider the gigabyte ga-965p-ds3 if you don't care about raid and dual videocards.
asus p5b-deluxe if you want crossfire and raid
asus p5w-dh-deluxe if you want sli
did you check the connection on the inside? It sounds like the harddrive is not working or not hooked up. (dunno why you are posting in the videocard section though, lol)
you can also check the manual to your mobo to see what type of beep it is and see what error it is.
I'd suggest...
