Man, I'm not a technical geek by any means but damn, the Dell tech support are really clueless. I told them about having color problems and how the monitor I just got looks like crap compared to the same model I bought 3 months ago. And the tech was all :confused: :confused: :confused:

how did you guys get overnight replacement shipping? =/ I just talked to a customer care guy and he told me I needed to ship my monitor back first then I have to wait X amount of days before they will send me another one. wtfx.
