This is not bios error codes. Board runs great. Beeping/pinging stops when I play audio, then resumes when I stop using audio. This is driving me nuts. Any suggestions? Roughly two pings per second.

Yeah, I've had brand new power supplies have issues. Usually takes me weeks to come to that conclusion. Because it's new :) A lot of the heavy troubleshooters hang out in chat. Worth a try. They really are pretty good.

Distributed computing section has great troubleshooters for these processors. My gut says possible power supply issues. Just a guess.

I would argue that BA and Big GPU are overvalued, not that SMP are undervalued. But then, I come from the days where work units were worth considerably less.

Not sure this is the right place to ask, but I'm searching for reasonable memory for cheap. I have a lot of 1333 memory, but I'd like to replace it with 1600. Cas 7 would be nice, but 9 is fine. Looking for maybe surplus 1Gb modules? Where are you guys getting memory for your 4P's these days?

Slight change in plans. Board wouldn't boot so Whaler is off the hook :) Interesting cpu's and heatsinks back up for grabs.
