I've tried it with both IDE and AHCI but i'ts not accepting it, keeps telling me it's unable to find a partition or something like that after i've partitioned and formated the drive.
Whats going on? Shouldnt windows 7 fully support ssd drives and even ahci?
I'm trying to find some but not having much luck, most the sites i'm visiting stock the mini cases which I don't want.
Can you guys recommend a decent case? looking to use a HD4850 and a Q9550(Not chosen cooler yet).
I can run this at 191*20 with turbo enabled fine with 1.312V, but getting the 200*20 stable is proving allot more difficult. I've tried increasing the vcore as high as 1.38V and QPI at 1.450 but don't really want to go higher.
IOH core voltage i've raised as high as 1.26V, does this maybe...
Hi, never messed round with the backup features in windows but curious as to how this works.
There appears to be an option to create an image of a selected drive, now does this simply act as a glorified restore point or can you actually do a complete backup from this to a blank drive after a...
Installed this cooler and noticed the card now fails under full load while running furmark, temps are fine, or at least temps I can measure are fine, is it worth being concerned about?
Games all work fine though and I know furmark pushes cards far beyond what any games do.
Considering the N95/N96, anything else I should consider? What is the going price for these phones? looking to buy them outright, no contract. £250-£320 in ebay.
Also, I read that there unlocked so I shouldnt have any trouble just swapping the sim card over from my old phone.
Hi, weird issue as title, whenever I install two sticks of memory windows blue screens, yet if tested each seperately and both work fine and past memtest, and different dram slots
It's been working perfectly for months and just started acting up today, memory is G.Skill, F2 6400 HZ 2x1GB...
Just received the motherboard friday, everything installed with no problems at all, started overclocking and again no major issues, was having a little trouble getting the motherboard stable at 450 so thought id update the bios to 1703, what harm can it do?
Big mistake, now whenever I change...
Just installed this on my P5K Premium and this is disappointing to say the least, this is also using a Ultra Extreme with 2x120mm fans, my Q6600 didn't even get that hot at 3.4GHz. :(

Hi, what is regarded as the best value X48 board for overclocking? Building a new system and don't really need an extras like wifi support.
How is the Gigabyte GA-X48-DS4? seems to be cheap and I've had good experience with gigabyte, will be using a Q9550 with Ultra-120 Extreme, obviously the...
Trying to get this thing to work for a m8 but the driver will just not install for the usb wifi adaptor, the installation does nothing and it won't install manually either.
Anyone have any experience with the snb5600? hes using windows xp.
Will probably be ording tomorrow for the weekend but need to order a new PSU, what would you recommend? obviously needs 6pin and 8pin power connector and probably needs to be in the 600w+ range.
Weird, never has a keyboard die on me before, not even the cheap ones..
Oh well, can anyone recommend a decent keyboard? nothing too fancy just a good keyboard maybe with media controls. :)
I'm aware vista caches allot into memory but does vista clear any of this when using memory intensive applications like games or does this info just remain in memory wasting space?
Ok, pretty straight forward or so I thought, trying to link two systems using ad-hoc and vista, each with wifi adaptors.
Seemed to work at first, folders and interent shared, everything working then I try and link them up again and nothing, no internet or file sharing. I tried recreating the...
Is there a way to do this without a flash drive? There doesnt seem to be an option, I can create a temp ad hoc connection which works fine but I want a permanent network with file and internet sharing.
Yes, I don't have a flash drive.
Searched a number of popular sites but their choices are a bit crap, I want something in the 1800-2000pm range, black with a blue light and not butt ugle.
Seems odd that we spend loads on heatsinks but then stick a crappy looking plastic fan on it.
Hi, I just bought this PSU and it has a turbo switch on the back which combines the four rails into one rail apparently, now the total combined ia 80a but max output is 56a, I'm wondering which setting is best to use.
