GTX 470, I've had it since the beginning and it's still running strong.

Radeon r9 300 series is coming out soon with next generation memory. The only problem is...It doesn't look like they announced it at CES...so it may not even be Q1 =[. I guess it depends on if you're willing to wait. My own willingness diminished after the lack of CES news lol

Is the lack of a backplate a big issue or is it mostly for looks? I notice some of the reviews say it sags physically without it, but have no problems yet.

When i started installing stalker, the setup said that i only had 448mb video memory. Isn't that wrong; i'm supposed to have 512mb? Anyway i tried maximum graphics and it started stuttering a bit in open fields. Am i supposed to max out without lag on stalker?

I'm using the latest drivers, my gpu temp stays around 60-70 Celsius. Maybe it's just the game... lol getting a new monitor is too much out of my budget, i would if i could!

well even on COH single player skirmish i can't max out and it'll still lag.. i figured another 8800gt wouldn't hurt :D

wouldn't another 8800gt increase my framerate or even my graphics threshold? For some reason i can't max out on games like COH or even CS:S without suffering noticeable lag.

I've been running into problems with GBPVR, when i open the program and go into any of the first selections for subcategories (video, guide, etc) it freezes and i have to kill the process. I haven't been able to find anything on that problem.
