I ended up going with 2 drives. Corsair MP600 PRO LPX to replace my current 256 Sandisk OS Drive, and Corsair MP600 Pro XT for my storage/game drive. Now to see what the best way or software to clone my current OS drive so I don't have to do a fresh windows install.

Got in line was 40 mintues in queue when I first got in. Ended up getting a RX 6700XT as the 6800's both vanilla and XT where out.

I'm still sporting my gtx1070. My plan was to get the 6700xt when I upgrade my CPU/Mobo. But at that point prices had gone way up. Now that prices are down or coming down I'm still looking at one.

Besides getting the watermark now I've had no issues with Windows 11 so far.

My system has the watermark and it's showing the message under system info now after the most recent update. But my system meets the requirements and I've been running Windows 11 for a few months now.

Been watching my local microcenter's website. Not sure how accurate it is but the 6xxx series have all mostly been listed as 25+ in stock for weeks now. Hoping prices come down closer to original MSRP so I can replace my GTX 1070 by the summer.

I've heard on these newer models (the Bluetooth ones specifically) there's some issues and aren't as good as they used to be.
