why don't you read all the posts above, DOA boards are the seller's responsibility not the buyers, and just a little fyi, search the boards, the setup can be had for about $250. used not 400 as u claim, it is not new stuff so it can't be priced like new stuff. 780i board new 300 used 150-200...

complete polished motor, powdercoated frame, and subframe, stock wiring harness, airbox, and thats about it The motor complete $1400 or will part out. A stock motor sells on ebay for $1350 and this thing is mirror finish polished.
