Yeah, None of 32" has 120hz supporting... even 32LG60 doesn't.
We knew that LG60's 32" won't have the 120hz from the website long time ago.
BUT
Sony man... they have announced that XBR6 will support 120hz and then what, they removed it from the retail product or locked the feature (we don't...
32A650 and 32XBR6 are almost same.
both has no 120hz support.
But remember sony loves to make a big deal with naming the normal stuffs on their spec.
It's up to user's taste.
Thanks for the info!!
But like shap's GP3 supports 24p, they say...
So I thought it won't matter whether 60hz or 120hz
but your theory makes more sense to me.
just like LG60 or XBR support 24p, (120hz tvs)
but LG's website says 32" LG60 is only 60hz, so I guess it won't do 24p???
playing 16:9 game or movie on 30 inch monitor gives you black bars, so actual screen size is smaller than actual 30".
But on 32" TV, it is full screen with 16:9 rez. So it will look so much bigger on TV than monitor.
What I'm saying is that 32" TV has some kind of (size) advantage on...
did you even try d64u? I'm not talking about old model d62u.
because d64u is identically the same as gp3u. like d62u and gp1u do.
anyway what's bad thing about them?
tell us your exp.
hi.
I finally saw your post up there.
do you know if they have website or something else?
I'm in montreal. so I don't think I could make it there...
thanks for your info tho.
I heard plasma has no response time(?) and nice contrast.
but takes more power and less life time and chance of burn-in.
please correct me if I heard it right.
If that is true, it seems like pdp is the best gaming tv...
I think many ppl who try to get FHD 32" are consider it as PC monitor. So am I.
same resolution as 27" (and also 24") and yet bigger size, bigger font (I assume it with dot pixel) and almost same price around $1000 as 27" monitor.
40" is too big for the desk user.
I know.
with $2800 I can buy Samsung 40" LED LCD TV.
anyway XL lineup is for professional usage (graphic artist, etc..)
We don't really need to care about it.
it's the dynamic contrast. 2496hm already reached 10,000:1
so it's all about proccesor power or whatever.
LED backlit is more like 100,000:1 ~ 500,000:1
anyway what I'm mad at about samsung is that they finally put 1:1 on their lcd.
I was almost buying 2496hm but I didn't bcuz lack of 1:1...
Sony's XBR6 will be the most expensive one and then LG's
bcuz they have 120hz support...
Anyway I believe samsung and sharp gp3u will be the decent product with not so high price.
around 1200... (but still no idea about samsung's 32" price...)
I've seen many online stores (or offline) have 275t-plus in Canada.
sorry i don't know over there states...
anyway I'm thinking about to get this
but I heard there was firmware update for 275t-plus in Korea
and now it supports 1:1 pixel mapping (just scan mode) .
Anyone knows if we...
that is too much difference btw canadian price and american price.
we have almost same currency now...
boo...anyway still waiting for getting 32rv530 in canada.
I can't find it yet.
but sharp lc32d64u is available at futureshop for $1199.
Not sure which one to get...
toshiba's 4...
