Got a voicemail saying a firmware update for the issues mentioned is being rolled out next week and that it can be done by the customer. The estimated rollout is late next week and more info will be given next week before rollout.

I did the same thing as you and brought one yesterday. I love nearly everything about the panel apart from the terrible gradient banding.. seriously how did they miss it in testing? some gradients look 8 bit.

So i am getting really bad banding on some gradients on my new hazro HZ24Wi, almost looks like 8bit color. Anyone know a fix, or i guess its going to have to go back!

So i have just brought a hazro HZ24Wi and it did not come with a driver and just appears as a plug n play device. Is that normal? also has anyone else got this model? how did you calibrate it?

yes i do make a living from my work, so i can write it off.. still no point in wasting money on something i won`t use. I am now leaning towards the hazro even though i am not 100% sure about the glossy screen.
