Great idea, terrible execution. I only played it a few hours before I got frustrated to the point of stopping. The controls were bad, the inventory/upgrade system was confusing, etc. The controls were especially what annoyed me. I felt like I was ice skating.

Huh? It is exactly the same as Bioshock 1 and 2. It was as derivative as could possibly be. Plasmids are now vigors, it has the two weapon pick up system from other games, it has scavenged health and ammo, etc. What about it is original at all? The few arena type levels with the skylines?

I thought the ending was a let down. I also thought the middle part of the story was a let down. All in all, I am pretty let down, to be honest. Bioshock said something about the world and humanity, whereas Infinite really did not.

It's not going away. I am old enough to remember when Steam was a colossal pile of shit and everyone raged against it. Steam still has problems, IMO, and Origin certainly does. Neither of them are going anywhere.

I asked for a refund through Origin chat, and was given one immediately (no 15% off coupon with it, or threat of banning). Of course, I wasn't a massive fuck wad when I asked. I'd be shocked if the CSRs are that wildly different in how they choose to give out refunds.

Got a refund. In EA's defense, after sitting to meet someone on the live chat, they did not fight me on it. I literally said I wanted a refund for Sim City and they gave it to me. Too bad the best experience I had with Sim City was the ease of getting my money back.

Been sitting in the live chat queue for about an hour now. It got down to a 5 minute wait, and then suddenly went back up to a 15 minute wait. I can't believe it is this hard to get your money back for something purchased less than 24 hours ago.

There is a FIVE HOUR queue for chat support, which is probably full of people asking for refunds. EA either give me a refund or I do a chargeback. Say what you will about the Diablo 3 launch, but Blizzard made it right for people who wanted out. Somehow I doubt EA will make it that easy.
