The notion "cool" basically means someone who can present himself with confidence and handle social situations with finesse.
A "gamer' spends an inordinate amount of time alone and insulated from social activity; thus it is perfectly natural that he is not "cool."

So when I link my steam account to gmg/playfire, what kind of information of mine will they be capable of receiving? Enough to warrant giving me a "free" game?
I've used this one for the past four years. http://www.amazon.com/Black-High-Density-Foam-Rollers/dp/B0040NJOA0/ref=sr_1_1/180-9504487-4482602?ie=UTF8&qid=1411346498&sr=8-1&keywords=foam+roller
Great roller.
My allergies have been really bothering me lately, so I looked into purchasing an air purifier. Shocked by the extravagant prices for what amounts to a filter attached to a fan, I decided to build my own.
I present to you the ghetto purifier:

I've decided to gut the cable and replace it with brand new quad shielded RG6/7. We only have two TVs here so it shouldn't be a problem.
I'm looking at using the splitter linked below on the main cable line, and connect the cable modem to the output that is only -3.5dB...
This may be a stupid question but here goes: I already have Comcast cable TV and it works reasonably well; sometimes On Demand stuff gets choppy. If I were to purchase a cable modem and plug it in, would I be able to get a signal stat readout from its web interface, even though I don't currently...
I'm considering getting cable internet through Comcast. However, my house is 21 years old, and the previous owners did some real ghetto modding with splitters and whatnot. Would there be any way that I could test the signal levels before I lock myself down to a year long contract? I don't want...
I've been scouring Comcast's website looking for what their 50mbps service will cost after the 12 month reduced rate, and I just can't find it anywhere. Could someone here with the 50mbps service let me know how much they actually have to pay after the first year and what kind of hidden fees I...
The kind of ridiculous strategy and timing that you see the pros accomplish with regard to weapons, health, and ammo will no longer be possible now.

I've started to develop some wrist pain in my right hand and I think it's probably due to using a mouse a lot. I currently use a Logitech MX518 mouse, but I'm wondering if there's anything out there ergonomically designed yet decent for gaming. I'm looking at something like the Evoluent or Anker...
PSU is 80 PLUS Certified. I think it's before they started using bronze, silver and gold. You can check the specs here: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vx550w
As for battery time, I just need enough time to save data and shut it down safely.
I'm trying to determine what VA rating and Wattage I would need for a battery backup unit.
My system specs are as follows:
i5-2500k @ 4.2Ghz @ 1.32v
4x2GB DDR3 RAM @ 1.65v
SSD
2x 7200RPM HDD
Geforce GTX 660
Sata DVD burner
Corsair 550W PSU
5x 120mm case fans
If you could recommend...
I was at first confused how to do this, so I figured I'm probably not alone. Here's how you get your free copy of the Sims 2.
Open Origin and choose the Redeem Product Code from the Origin menu.
Enter I-LOVE-THE-SIMS into the box.
I looked at the SE drive but I read in customer reviews that its SATA connecter had no locking mechanism and that it's underside screw holes were shallower than usual. Both would pose a problem for my particular setup so I decided to avoid.
Right now I have my eyes on this 3TB Hitachi drive...
The Toshiba drive I received was actually packaged very well. It was very snugly fit in the box in an air pocket encasement that seemed to be designed to carry harddrives.
I was just thinking that for the price of one 2TB Black drive I could almost get 3x Blue 1TB drives and set them up in RAID5. I'd get the same amount of space, double read speed and fault tolerance. Good idea?
Seagate drives do look appealing due to their solid price point; however, I've heard that their warranty begins when they leave the factory, so theoretically I could end up with a drive that only has a year long warranty period. And from reading newegg reviews, there are quite a few DOAs and...
Are WD Black drives worth the price premium? Anyone have any experience or anything to add about the warranty on these drives? If you don't think it's worth the cost, what 2TB drive would you recommend in its stead?
Thanks
Well here's what I get for giving Toshiba a chance. 50+ SMART errors while just trying to format the thing. What a POS. Now I get to pay return shipping to Newegg. Oh joy.
