I'd say yes, you have too much system for your PSU to handle. But, it's possible you got a golden PSU there that is underrated and isn't sweating the extreme load you are putting on it. Run some benchmarks and use a utility to monitor the voltages under extended CPU & GPU loading and see...

Have you checked your motherboard and components for bulging capacitors? I've come across this problem where a mobo with bad PWM caps that were bulging would work intermittently, and eventually fry the PSU.

Thanks for pointing this out to me headless. The .dat file I'm referring to is the defaults.dat that you dump from WinDAS, it's about 14KB in size and contains all of the monitors internal settings, the same settings that get changed when you go through a full WinDAS calibration procedure...
