what are you guys talking about? samuelmorris is correct, the 6990 is faster, look at all the reviews, not just one. i have a 6970 ati, but i really prefer nvidia cards, didn't have enough money to buy a 580 when i bought the 6970. btw the 580 is faster than the 6970. i wish i had the $700...

It is kind of strange but the Dell u2410 is one of the best monitors available out there to buy. A billion colors, 1200 lines, h-ips (not e-ips), DP input, etc. Have u noticed it is also more expensive! Why? Because it is better.

i was thinking on getting the new 2011, but after reading some posts here. i think i am going to keep my 1155 rig for a while longer, get a new 1155 proc. if it will be faster than the 2600 i have now. these guys are correct, 2011 is going to be the top line. i just think that my 1155 at 4.2ghz...

what if i have 16gb of ram? i have 16gb of ram and the page file windows uses is a huge 16gb sob. should i turn it down to 1gb or less? and how do i move the page file from my ssd to my hdd?

yes it will, but with reduced speed.

it's more like 20% imo. i have a ahci mobo but i never knew that switching on would make it go faster, now i do and it is better faster. (you must reformat to make ahci work.) get one that has support for sata3 and capable of 500mb/s read/write. having a ssd is like buying a new faster cpu.

cost more? it is only a few bucks more. cost more...:p
