I believe ValueAct will govern this for a while. Microsoft just bought NOK :) Maybe we are gonna see some improvements from the mobile windows platform. Or just more spending of money. But the neat part is that Microsoft has a history of hit and miss. Maybe they could hit the next one out...
you can never have enough consistant power, quality is best and you never know when your gonna have an urge to power 2 of them 600$ plus gpus a good psu is something to not skimp on
anything around 75c is fine without alot of volts, if you have anything more than 1.4 i would hope your near or under 65c unless your going under water then at that point your board will be your limit as even the sabertooth with the right voltage and memory can see 4.5+
then again with ivy coming out in a short few months the prices are projected to be eaqual to that of sb so if you must buy now but expect a decent price drop when ivy come out.

+2 on this once i ship an item if i pay for the shipping it is out of my control. but i will say that usually when i ship anything moderately valueable as a chip or board i will insure it on my side for my investment protection.
someitmes it takes several reseats before you are satisfied. all overclocking results with vary maybe you just ahve a high leakage chip. you can try lapping it but that is an experience on its own and some people are wary about toying with a cpu like that. i did it on my 930 and decreased...
run prime in large it will stress your oc to the max and you would be suprised by the results somtimes the blend with pass but when very intensive operations are running boom then its game over :(
i would have to agree i always have the upgrade bug and when my hardware becomes low to middle road it feels like i am screwing myself out of quality experience and gaming
