Not sure if it's of any help to you, but I purchased an Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG MiniPCI card from a guy on ebay and put it in my Dell Inspiron 8500 on saturday, it works just fine. MiniPCI is a standard, so theoretically any MiniPCI card should work in that slot. I've found a retailer here...
Ah yes, I'm an idiot, somehow I didn't see that in your first post even though I quoted it, sorry. :rolleyes: Anyway, I've not tried any of the 62.xx series drivers yet, have only used various 61.xx kits and the NV demos have all been fine so maybe downgrading is the solution after all...
I've got a Shuttle SN85G4 with a 6800 GT, no problems. This particular Shuttle is the only one to come with a 240 watt PSU for some reason, but I've had the card nearly a week now and it's absolutely solid.
Pre-ordered Doom3 here in the UK for £25 which works out at $47. £25 is a good deal, especially for such a big game.
Hopefully my box will be up to the task :)

When they're out of date and there's a new chip generation out? Sure thing! Seems a bit silly to skip a generation completely and consider jumping on it when it's approaching the end of its life, but hey, that's just me. ;)
